IMPORTANT NOTICE: The winter-run Chinook IMF and supporting documentation have been constantly evolving as new data become available. Thus, older versions of briefs, technical memorandums, or reports may discuss model functions or concepts that no longer apply to the current version of the winter-run IMF. In situations when older documents differ from newer documents, the more recent document always takes precedence because it represents the most current data or the most recent approach developed through the collaborative process. For a description of the model functions currently in use in the winter-run IMF, refer to the IMF User's Guide (Version 1.2). Specialty versions of the model have also been created to include stochasticity (version 1.3) and to include a weekly time step for smolt migration through the Delta (version 2.0).
